GCRA Snow Policy

If the snow falls overnight and Davidson County Schools are out for the day, the League will determine whether or not to play around 2:00 pm. As everyone knows, recently the snow has not lasted for any amount of time.

 

If the snow begins to fall during the day and Davidson County Schools release early, DO NOT plan to play.

 

As we have a team that is from another area (Clarksville – namely), the weather there is a little more unpredictable. IF Clarksville calls with an issue with the weather – then their game will attempted to be rescheduled to another night.

 

IF games are cancelled:

A.   the games will be rescheduled to a Saturday – whether it will be morning or afternoon will depend on the availability of the OFFICIALS schedules.

B.    It will be scheduled for the NEXT Saturday following the cancellation. Included with this policy will be make-up game dates.
